Thursday the 28th, I find you wherever you are on the Lost Coast and we Leave Southern Humboldt by 9:30 after a short stop in Garberville and then return to SLV by mid afternoon. FEE. $200

Do other stretching classes' directions overwhelm you? Does your personal belief system limit your participation in classes rooted in devotional practices?

Our studio, TessaKnightCMP.com, has a maximum capacity of 2 attendees, ensuring a focused experience primarily targeting Hip and Shoulder health.

Are you often left feeling flustered and overwhelmed by other stretching classes? Tessa's expertise in providing clear instructions and understanding neurodivergent emotions and behaviors will maintain a calm atmosphere, with no discussion of religion or deities. You don't need prior balance or specific attire; simply arrive at 7:00 am (RSVP by texting 707-223-1014 to reserve your spot). Please bring a large bath or beach towel to create a barrier between you and the floor cushions. State Cert # 64729. Sliding scale $1-$20, we just want to get you aligned 🫶🏼.
