Hello! I am officially hiring for summer! We need 1-2 people for manufacturing / farm, 1-2 people for events, and 1-2 people for retail! Part and full time hours available. Pay starts at $18-$20 with a minimum $3 annual raise. We are a conscious business which means we are LGBTQIA+ friendly, mom-friendly, mental health friendly, and treat our staff as HUMANS rather than cogs in a machine. You clock in and out meaning all breaks are paid, vacations are not only allowed but encouraged (just give us two weeks notice), and if you can’t find childcare you can WORK WITH YOUR KID! That’s right you heard me. We take mom friendly to a whole other level. IRA and PTO options will be available starting after 6 months of employment.
Tips are included for all retail and event staff. Biggest requirement is a love for plant medicine. Management experience, higher education degree preferred but not required. These positions are highly competitive because word has gotten around this is an amazing place to work.
