COVID-19 Update!
We wanted to send a quick note to all our valued customers and share with you how our company will move forward with the new order from the Governor.
First, it is of the upmost importance to us that we are providing safe and effective service to you in this uncertain time. We are dedicated to following the recommendations of the CDC to ensure that our families, as well as yours, are safe. According to the CDC:
“There is no evidence that COVID-19 can be spread to humans through the use of pools and hot tubs. Proper operation, maintenance, and disinfection (e.g., with chlorine and bromine) of pools and hot tubs should remove or inactivate the virus that causes COVID-19.”
With that in mind, we will continue to provide service, repairs and equipment/chemicals to the public, with the recommended hygiene and social distancing procedures in place. We will also continue to offer our regular services with the following precautions:
* Regular scheduled services will continue uninterrupted, though we ask that in order to protect yourself and our technicians, you limit contact with us to email, phone or text if you have any questions related to your service.
*Our warehouse is open for purchase of chemicals, parts, hot tubs and other supplies by appointment only. If you wish to make a purchase, please contact us via email, phone or text and we can help you with that process.
*If you would rather have your parts, chemicals, etc. delivered, we will provide that services with free delivery included.
