In a world so driven by social media, algorithms, and constant online connection, there’s something incredibly powerful about coming together in real life.

Community can’t fully be felt through a screen, it’s built in shared experiences, conversations, movement, laughter, and showing up for one another face to face. As women, having spaces where we feel supported, inspired, and empowered alongside other women matters more than ever. At this event I heard a few women talking about their progress in running, how far they’d come and how fun it is to share that with other women.

I’m so thankful for brands like and that are leading the charge in creating meaningful in-person experiences and fostering genuine community for women in the outdoors and beyond. Even a quick little morning filled with shoe charms, waffles, and shopping truly makes a difference. 💕

As an endurance athlete and nutritionist, I’m always looking for products that support performance without all the artificial ingredients, dyes, and fillers that are so common in the sports industry.

So many questions lately about this chaotic little thing called Hyrox 😅 We’ve been putting in the work, and wow - it takes a lot just to be average at this sport. But hey, we’re out here giving it our best, getting a little better every day, and having a whole lot of fun in the process. Spring has been full in the best way, diving into my master’s program, a full client load, training for Hyrox Worlds, and balancing all the moving pieces in between. It’s a season that’s stretching me, and also reminding me that the small, intentional habits are what keep me grounded and performing at my best.

Here are a few of the non-negotiables I’m leaning into right now:

🩸 health lab work – getting a deeper look under the hood. I recently found out my iron and vitamin D are low, which honestly explains the subtle fatigue I’ve been feeling. It’s a good reminder that data matters, and that feeling “off” usually has a root cause. Function is by far the best platform (and most affordable) I’ve ever seen when it comes to lab work.

🍎 Dialing in my nutrition – really prioritizing enough food, especially protein. Supporting training, recovery, and hormones isn’t about restriction. it’s about giving your body what it actually needs to perform and feel good.

💆🏻‍♀️ Sauna + cold plunge at – carving out an hour to fully unplug. It’s become one of my favorite ways to calm my nervous system and be present, and boost my recovery.

📚 Reading instead of scrolling before bed, a small shift that’s made a big difference. Less stimulation, better wind-down, and way more restful sleep. I’m so far down in the fantasy world but loving every minute of it.

Join us for our very first Pink Power Club run in Bend, a fun, welcoming, once-a-month run club for women who love getting outside, moving their bodies, and building community.

• 5K run together
• Main group pace around 9:30–10:00 min/mile
