This month, we're celebrating four team members who are at the heart of Caldera Family Medicine!

🫶 Kendra O., FNP and Co-Owner, marks 11 years with us this June. Her compassion, dedication, and commitment to patients and families have shaped this practice since 2015.

🫶 Misty L., President, CEO, and Co-Owner, celebrates eight years of leading our team. Her vision and collaborative spirit have guided our growth and mission since 2018.

🫶 Teylor W., FNP and Aesthetics Injector, celebrates one year with us. In that time, she's already made a meaningful impact on our patients and our aesthetics services.

🫶 Jenna R., Community Health Worker, marks two years with us. Her dedication to connecting patients with resources and removing barriers to care strengthens our mission every day.

Warmer days and longer adventures mean your body needs more water than you think!

A few signs you might not be drinking enough: headaches, fatigue, dizziness, dark-colored urine, or muscle cramps during or after activity. By the time you feel thirsty, you're already behind.

Try to drink water consistently throughout the day, not just during exercise. Add electrolytes if you're sweating for more than an hour. And keep a water bottle in your car, your bag, and on your nightstand.

Staying hydrated supports everything from energy and digestion to joint health and immune function. It's one of the simplest things you can do for your body this season. 🙌
