We were established in 1998 in Bend, we are the oldest Tattoo Studio in Central Oregon. Mum's Tattoo has been published in several books and magazines. We strive to do quality work with a reasonable price and always uphold above and beyond the state health departments standards for. We do require a non-refundable deposit in order to schedule. If we have to reschedule you will not be charged an add

itional deposit . We do not provide refunds and use the funds for a scheduling fee/art. If you must reschedule you need to provide a 72 hour notice in order to reschedule without forfeiting your deposit We will reschedule ASAP.
