✨ **IANDS 2026… BEYOND ANANDA!** ✨
**A Conference, A Homecoming, A Finding of My Tribe** 💜🌎✨
How do I even begin to put this experience into words?
The **IANDS 2026 Conference** was, quite simply, *Beyond Ananda*… beyond bliss.
I was flying high on the energy of more than **1,000 people who “get it.”** People who understand that consciousness is so much more than what we can see, touch, and measure. People who have experienced the extraordinary and are willing to explore the mystery.
For the first time in a very long time, I felt like I had TRULY **found my tribe.** 💜
I had the incredible honor of sharing the stage with two other nurses, Michelle Ledbetter and Melinda Peterson, and moderated by the amazing, Debbie James. I spoke about my own NDE and awakening experience. To stand there and tell my story—one that began with a profound experience in 1981—felt like coming full circle.
But then came the **icing on the cake… the HEALING ROOM.** ✨
For three days, three hours each day, I had the privilege of offering energy healing and intuitive readings to conference attendees.
And oh my goodness…
**The energy was EXTRAORDINARY.**
Every single person who came to me shared something profound afterward. Some described their experience as *life-transforming.* Others received messages, insights, emotional releases, or simply a deep sense of peace.
I worked with **MDs, PhDs, psychiatrists, nurses, NDE experiencers, healers, and so many beautiful souls.**
Because so many people there were already open to the energetic realm, the channeling and messages seemed to flow **like a river.** 🌊✨
I didn't have to convince anyone that energy is real.
They already knew.
And that was such a beautiful gift.
My heart felt like it was **bursting open with joy, fulfillment, and profound gratitude** for this GIFT that was bestowed upon me during my awakening in 1981.
And then there were the people I met along the way…
✨ Having lunch with the beautiful **Anita Moorjani**, whose book *Dying to Be Me* has touched me in so many ways.
✨Having lunch and sitting right next to **Alex Ferrari**, host of *Next Level Soul*, and sharing such a special connection.
✨ And then there were my **soul SiStars.** 💜
Some connections felt brand new… while others felt strangely familiar, as though we had known one another in another time, another life, another chapter of existence.
And then there was **Sachi Webb.**
Calling her a “doppelgänger” doesn't even begin to describe it! 😂 We kept discovering similarities in our lives, our experiences, our paths, and our perspectives. It was one of those encounters that makes you stop and wonder, *“How is it possible that we have so much in common?”*
Perhaps some souls really do recognize one another. ✨
And finally, there were the gifts.
Not just physical gifts, but **gifts infused with meaning.**
One of the most treasured was a beautiful nursing pin that once belonged to **Diane Corcoran, RN, PhD, Col. USA (Ret.)**, gifted to me by Debbie James, who worked with Diane when she was President of IANDS.
As a retired nurse after 44 years in acute care, ER, ICU, and flight nursing, receiving this pin felt deeply symbolic.
It felt like a bridge between **who I was, who I became, and who I am now.** ❤️‍🩹
And then there were two beautiful rose quartz hearts. One was blessed with Reiki by Becky Austill-Clausen, and the other was gifted to me by one of my healing clients.
Two little hearts… carrying so much love. 💗
I came to this conference thinking I was going to **share my story and offer healing.**
What I didn't expect was how deeply **I would be healed by the experience myself.**
I came home overflowing.
Overflowing with gratitude.
Overflowing with love.
Overflowing with connection.
Overflowing with purpose.
And perhaps most of all…
**overflowing with the knowing that I am exactly where I am meant to be.**
Sometimes we spend years wondering where we belong.
And then, suddenly, you walk into a room filled with people you've never met…
…and your soul whispers:
**“There you are.
I've been waiting for you.”** ✨💜
Thank you, IANDS, for creating this sacred gathering.
Thank you to every person who trusted me with their healing.
Thank you to every soul who crossed my path.
And thank you to Spirit for reminding me that the journey that began in 1981 was never really about the destination.
**It was always about becoming.** 🌟
My heart is full.
My cup is overflowing.
And I am deeply, deeply grateful. 🙏💜✨

**Every summer, the old Ponderosa Pine becomes a nursery once again.**

Deep within a hollow carved by time and perseverance, a pair of Northern Flickers entrusts their future to a tree that has stood watch over countless seasons. Hidden from view, tiny lives begin with nothing more than fragile breaths and insatiable hunger.

Then one morning, the silence changes.

Small faces appear at the opening of the nest, eyes wide with curiosity, stretching toward a world they've never known. Their parents arrive tirelessly, beaks filled with nourishment, never asking if the effort is worth it. They simply answer the ancient call to love by giving everything they have.

Day by day, almost imperceptibly, the babies become stronger. Their feathers fill in. Their movements become bolder. The tiny opening that once felt like home begins to feel too small.

And then comes the day that always takes my breath away.

They stand at the edge of everything familiar, looking out into an endless sky they have never touched. There is no rehearsal. No guarantee. Only an inner knowing that the time has come.

With one courageous leap, instinct becomes flight.

Every year I witness this miracle from my own backyard, and every year it reminds me that Nature is our greatest spiritual teacher.

Growth cannot be rushed.
Strength is built in unseen places.
Love prepares us—not to stay safely in the nest—but to trust our wings.

Perhaps we are not so different from these young Flickers.

Each of us is being nurtured by Life in ways we often cannot see. We spend seasons growing in the quiet darkness, wondering if we are ready. Then one day, Life gently invites us to the edge of what is known.

The invitation has never been to remain comfortable.

It has always been to fly.

And somehow, the ancient Ponderosa knows this. It continues to offer its shelter year after year, asking for nothing in return, becoming a silent witness to yet another generation discovering the courage they carried within them all along.

What an extraordinary privilege it is to live close enough to Nature to remember that we, too, belong to this timeless rhythm.

We are all born to leave the nest.
We are all learning to trust the wind.
And we are all, in our own perfect time, meant to fly. 🌲🪶💚

The most dangerous lie we ever tell ourselves is not that we will fail.

It's that we still have time.

Not time in the mortal sense, but time to finally become who our Soul came here to be.

So many people spend years waiting for the "right moment"—when life is less complicated, when fear subsides, when certainty arrives. Yet the Soul does not awaken in comfort. It awakens in the sacred tension between who we are and who we know we could become.

When we design our lives to avoid all discomfort, we don't find peace.

We find restlessness.

A quiet ache.

A subtle feeling that something essential has been left unlived.

The deepest work is not found by looking outward. It is found by looking honestly into your own heart.

And that is not always a gentle act.

It is a confrontation with every dream you abandoned because it seemed impractical.

Every truth you swallowed to keep the peace.

Every part of yourself that was too wild, too authentic, too alive to fit inside the life you settled for.

Yet beneath the noise, beneath the obligations, beneath the stories you've told yourself...

Your heart has been speaking the whole time.

Whispering.

Calling.

Waiting.

The question is not whether your Soul knows the way.

The question is whether you are willing to listen.

Look inside.

What is your heart asking of you today?

✨❤️✨

Recently I came across a Spiritual Healing Practice offering session for 360.00/session with healing packages, not single sessions, because she says, "Spiritual Guidance is offered through healing packages rather than single-session appointments to create consistancy for transformation over time."

It gave me pause-not because it's wrong, but because it reminded me of the path I've been guided to walk.

Over the years, I've come to believe that Awakening, healing and a deeper realization of who we truly are should never be limited by someone's financial circumstances. The longing to know oneself beyond the mind, beyond old wounds, and beyond the stories we've carried is not something that can be measured by a price tag.

For that reason, my own practice has always been based on donations and heart-centered exchange.

At the end of a session, I simply invite my clients to become still, tune into their hearts , and ask: "What feels appropriate to offer for today's experience?"

Sometimes the answer is $100. Sometimes it's considerably more. Occasionally it's less. Over the years I've accepted trades, gifts, and acts of kindness when money was scarce. What matters most to me is that there is an exchange of value, not necessarily a fixed dollar amount. And I never ask for it up front, only after they have received the work, as it must be of value to them, not me.

I deeply respect those who choose a different business model. We all have our own guidance to follow and there is no single right way. This is simply the way that feels aligned for me.

In my experience, true healing begins when we remember that our essence is already whole. Awakening is not something that can be purchased, it is something that is uncovered. The role is not to sell Enlightenment, but to help illuminate the path back to what has always been within.

The heart knows what is fair.
The Soul knows what is valuable.
And Consciousness itself belongs to everyone.

There comes a moment in life that we sometimes mistake for depression, when in truth something much deeper is occurring.

What I've come to understand is that the life I built is no longer the life that wants to emerge. The person I became is no longer recognized by my Soul.

What feels like loss, confusion, or emptiness is often a sacred metamorphosis. The old identity is dissolving so that the authentic Self can be born.

Transformation rarely arrives wrapped in certainty. More often, it comes when old motivations lose their importance, familiar roles no longer fit, and an inner voice quietly whispers, "The person you've been can no longer continue."

This is not failure.

This is the shedding of the masks we once wore to earn love, acceptance, approval, and belonging. It is the unraveling of the stories that kept us small. It is the courageous return to what is real.

Have you found yourself slipping away from who you used to be?

Perhaps that discomfort is not something to fix. Perhaps it is a new alignment with something truer than you've ever known. A reshaping of the persona that once served you but can no longer contain who you are becoming.

There is a profound privilege in becoming who you truly are rather than remaining someone the world finds easier to digest.

So rest in the transformation.

Trust the unraveling.

On the other side is more joy, more peace, more freedom, and a deeper knowing of your Essential Self.

The Soul knows the way.

After coming out on the Jeff Mara Podcast about my ET experiences, I was contacted by a wonderful podcast host, Simon Bown, from the UK. He has a show, The Alien UFO Podcast, a weekly show featuring leading experts in the field, and asked me to be a guest. So we did the interview on 5/26/26...and I'm sharing the link here. We covered my ET experiences, my awakening in 1981, and my NDE. It was a lovely experience and he was the perfect host.

This week I'm talking to Anita Stewart about her UFO experiences.

For most of our lives, we move through the world believing we are only the character in the story — reacting to circumstances, carrying old wounds, and trying to navigate a life that seems to be happening *to* us.

Then something begins to shift.

We start to see that beneath the personality, beneath the conditioning, beneath every role we've ever played, there is a deeper Presence watching it all unfold.

That is the moment Awakening begins.

You realize that while your human self is playing the game, your soul helped design the lessons, the opportunities, the challenges, and the invitations to grow. What once felt like punishment reveals itself as a pathway. What once felt random begins to carry meaning.

You are not merely a victim of your circumstances.

You are consciousness having an experience.

You are the player, fully immersed in the journey.

And you are the designer, awakening to the wisdom woven into it.

When you remember this, life changes. Resistance softens. Trust deepens. And you begin to walk your path not as someone lost in the story, but as someone becoming aware of the One who created it.

✨ The game changes the moment you remember who you really are and begin LOVING YOURSELF UNCONDITIONALLY.

Today I had the honor of witnessing something truly sacred during a healing session with a beautiful soul who found me through my interview on the Jeff Mara Podcast.

At just 3 years old, she formed a core belief that she wasn’t interesting… that somehow there was something wrong with her. A quiet belief carried silently for decades, shaping how she saw herself and how she moved through the world.

But during our session, something profound happened.

As we gently brought awareness to the origin of that wound, she was able to shine the light of her own consciousness upon it — not with judgment, but with compassion, presence, and truth. And in that light, the old story began to dissolve.

What emerged was breathtaking.

Self-love.
Acceptance.
Inner peace.
And a deep remembering that she is lovable, deeply interesting, and far more powerful than she ever imagined.

This is the beauty of healing work. So often, we are not broken — we are simply carrying beliefs that were formed before we had the wisdom to question them.

The moment awareness enters the wound, transformation becomes possible.

I continue to stand in awe of the human heart and its incredible capacity to heal, awaken, and remember its own divine nature. ✨

Some of what we carry in this lifetime was never truly ours.
The fear. The unworthiness. The feeling that we must strive to be loved or safe.

Some wounds come through our own experiences… and some are quietly passed down through generations, woven into the nervous system and carried in silence.

In my healing work, breath and presence create a sacred space to gently unravel these inherited patterns — so the soul can finally exhale, release, and remember its natural state of peace.

There is deep freedom in no longer carrying what was never meant to belong to you.

05/25/2026

There comes a quiet season in life where more no longer feels meaningful.

We begin to crave simplicity over accumulation. Peace over proving. Presence over possessions.

As we age, something sacred starts to happen. The endless striving softens. The need to impress fades. We realize how little we actually need to feel whole.

The clutter begins to leave our homes… and our hearts.

We let go of the relationships that drain us, the expectations that never belonged to us, the constant noise of becoming. And in that letting go, we find space to breathe again.

Less rushing.
Less performing.
Less carrying what was never ours to hold.

And strangely, life becomes richer.

A quiet morning coffee.
A walk in nature.
A heartfelt conversation.
The sound of rain.
The comfort of stillness.

These become enough.

Maybe aging is not about losing things at all. Maybe it is about returning… to what truly matters.

To simplicity.
To authenticity.
To peace.
