There comes a moment in life that we sometimes mistake for depression, when in truth something much deeper is occurring.
What I've come to understand is that the life I built is no longer the life that wants to emerge. The person I became is no longer recognized by my Soul.
What feels like loss, confusion, or emptiness is often a sacred metamorphosis. The old identity is dissolving so that the authentic Self can be born.
Transformation rarely arrives wrapped in certainty. More often, it comes when old motivations lose their importance, familiar roles no longer fit, and an inner voice quietly whispers, "The person you've been can no longer continue."
This is not failure.
This is the shedding of the masks we once wore to earn love, acceptance, approval, and belonging. It is the unraveling of the stories that kept us small. It is the courageous return to what is real.
Have you found yourself slipping away from who you used to be?
Perhaps that discomfort is not something to fix. Perhaps it is a new alignment with something truer than you've ever known. A reshaping of the persona that once served you but can no longer contain who you are becoming.
There is a profound privilege in becoming who you truly are rather than remaining someone the world finds easier to digest.
So rest in the transformation.
Trust the unraveling.
On the other side is more joy, more peace, more freedom, and a deeper knowing of your Essential Self.
The Soul knows the way.
