$5 classes all day Sunday, April 19th! Join us in celebrating our 5 year anniversary (of our new location, new owners, and new expanded schedule)! We have 12 classes with 10 different teachers on the schedule that day. A great day to bring a friend, and try something new. There will be 12 different raffles throughout the day with amazing prizes from Manduka, Laughing Planet, ChillWell, LMNT, Dani Naturals, Natalie Colvin Mindfulness, and Bend Yoga Center shirts! 4-part Senses of the Soul Series with Nirmal Conforti…

Having difficult feelings is to be human.
Managing them skillfully is to be healthy.
Mastering emotions is the way to be happy.
Whatever you are dealing with, there is a way to feel better. Discover how anxiety, depression, sadness and anger can heal you.

In this 4 part series you will explore emotions, triggers and patterns that you may be aware of but are unable to change. Gain tools to interrupt your emotional patterns and create more ease in your life. 

There is nothing like the support, shared experience, and thoughts of like-minded individuals getting together for the goals of healing and evolution. This group provides a safe setting in which to work on inner and interpersonal relationships.

No Kundalini yoga experience is necessary - we will do some light yoga to warm up, some powerful breathing exercises to bring us into a very peaceful state in order to work with challenging feelings. There will be practice, some education, sharing, and a recording of the weekly meditation for you to practice with at home in between sessions. We will complete each class with a well earned and integrative Gong Bath.
