Good morning everyone!

My wife recently bought me this beautiful piece for the office (along with many other things for the yard (pond!)

It was finally time for our first spin!
I apologize for the delay—this one is coming a little late because I was surprised with a birthday trip to the Oregon Coast!

Hello Everyone!

On August 15th, Integrating Life Massage officially celebrates one full year of stepping out on my own.

This milestone means more than I can put into words. It represents trust, healing, community, and the incredible support I've felt every single day.

To every patient, client, friend, family member—and especially my wife—thank you. Thank you for believing in me and helping me build something truly meaningful. Your encouragement, referrals, and trust have shaped this first year into something I'm incredibly proud of.

To celebrate, I'm excited to announce my Anniversary Raffle throughout the month of August!

🎉 A new winner will be drawn every Friday, with one Grand Finale winner on August 31st!

🏆 Five winners will each receive a FREE 1-hour massage—a total of $500 in prizes!

It’s been a little while since I’ve posted—my apologies for that!
