HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY 💗 TO ALL THE MAMA’S IN MY LIL EAST BAY HERBALS WORLD ✨ being a mom has taught me more than i ever could have imagined in my almost first year as a mom, and one of the things it has highlighted for me is just how freaking incredible moms are 🫶 a community of women waiting to support you when you cross that threshold 💫 a nod on the street when you pass each other walking, a gentle “how are you doing” on a hard day, a drop everything to help you when you’re struggling. moms carry the weight of the world on their shoulders, but somehow, they keep showing up for the ones they love and for their communities 💕
THIS MOTHER’S DAY ✨ I want to honor and recognize all the moms I’ve had the honor of working with in my business - from clients to students, collaborators, and community members. I’m not sure I had the power to truly see you before going through that portal myself, but i want you to know that I SEE YOU NOW ✨ the energy it takes to show up for yourself and for this healing work while raising tiny souls will never be lost on me again, and i want you to know i see how hard you are working to make change, to heal, and to evolve. through the blood, sweat, tears, abandonment of self, and then re-reclamation of it, you quite literally run the world and make it a better place for everyone in it, including me ✨

ALCHEMIZING RESISTANCE ✨ woof, can you feel it, friends? the energy lifting in the air, making way for change? we’ve been stuck in a collective holding pattern and the earth (quite literally for us here in the bay area) just cracked, allowing for release so that we may start moving energy again 🫶
RESISTANCE 💫 is a key emotional state in the cycle of creating change and we see this echoed culturally just as we feel it internally. as someone who has been working with folks who want to make change for a long time now, and someone who has prioritized healthy change and growth in my own life, i can tell you that what I’ve witnessed is that it always gets harder before it gets better, and that a little challenge is often at the preciipice of big change 🌕
HOW DO WE ALCHEMIZE IT? 🔮 lean in to the resistance and see what crumbles when we push. what are we afriad of and how is the resistance that is rising showing us what needs to be seen? ✨
A THEME FOR ALL DAYS + ONE I SEE OFTEN IN MY STUDENTS 🔥 sometimes when we really want something, energy will pop up to get in our way. don’t stop moving towards what your heart desires 💕
