It was such a joy to welcome 1 Benicia High School teacher, 9 students, and 4 dedicated aides, to The Vortex today for a class created just for them.

They explored and played with guiro frogs, Tibetan bowls, tuning forks, ocean drums, chimes, and even a wah-wah tube, each sound bringing curiosity, laughter, and connection.

After the play, everyone settled into a sound journey… a moment to pause, rest, and reset their busy minds.

We loved having you with us and would be honored to welcome you back anytime. 💫

This guided experience takes you through the seven-chakra system as a living map: grounding into the root, flowing through the sacral, igniting the solar plexus, opening the heart, clearing the throat, awakening the third eye, and connecting through the crown.

Learn to sense what's actually happening in your field — warmth, tingling, emotion, stillness, or flow.

Move through each energy center with embodied cues, breath work, and somatic awareness.

One of our local mamas .schwartz initiated this peace walk on Sunday, February 1st, 6pm, earlier this week.

To witness our community welcoming this movement with open arms and rallying together, fills our hearts with hope ♥️

Please join us Sunday, February 1st, 6pm at the Gazebo on First St + Military.

We will walk down First St to the water, with our candles (battery operated preferred for multiple reasons), in the energy of Peace + Unity.
