•A Friendly Reminder from Kompus Aesthetics & Wellness

We wanted to share a few important updates to help make your experience with us as smooth as possible.

••Provider Hours
I am available to see patients every Tuesday and Saturday, except for the 3rd Tuesday of each month, when only our nurse will be available.

••Appointments are strongly encouraged! Scheduling ahead allows us to provide you with the best possible care and minimizes wait times. If you need an appointment on a different day, please don't hesitate to ask—I am more than happy to come in on other days whenever my schedule allows.

••Phone System Update
As many of you have noticed, we have transitioned to a new telephone platform. During this change, you may experience more rings before your call is answered. We appreciate your patience as we continue to fine-tune the system and improve our communication.

••Billing & Policy Updates
Our billing operations have undergone significant changes, and you may notice some new policies being implemented. If you receive a statement or have questions about a policy that you don't understand or don't agree with, please reach out to us. We are committed to working through this transition together and welcome the opportunity to discuss any concerns.
