✨ Helping women feel heard + supported

At Ky’Lee Baumert Physical Therapy & Wellness, my goal is to help women feel truly seen and supported through every season of life. My passion is guiding women beyond frustrating symptoms—such as leaking, pelvic pressure, core weakness, or hip/low back/pelvic pain, helping them restore strength, confidence, and freedom. With advanced training in pelvic health and women’s wellness, I work with wome

n across all stages of life, including:

🤰 Pregnancy and postpartum - managing pain, frustrating symptoms, birth prep, and safely returning to activity
🏋️‍♀️ Female athletes - breath, core, and pelvic floor strategies to improve strength, stability, and performance
🧘‍♀️ Perimenopause and later life - addressing prolapse, incontinence, and pelvic or hip/low back discomfort

Through physical therapy and small-group wellness classes, I integrate breathwork, core/glute strengthening, and Pilates-inspired movement principles to create a holistic approach that treats the whole person - not just the symptoms. Whether it’s a one-on-one session, a small group class, or a restorative workshop, my goal is to help women feel rooted, restored, and renewed. Currently offering:

🌿 1:1 Physical Therapy (by appointment at Studio 4:8 Yoga, Bennet, NE)

🌿 Monthly Classes (core, pelvic floor, glutes, breathwork, Pilates-inspired movement)

🌿 Women’s Wellness Workshops

Hi! 👋 I know it’s been a minute, but I’m still here!

I’ve been soaking up my first summer home with my kiddos, and I’ve loved every minute of it. Although, after this last week, I’m pretty sure God knows exactly how to get you back into the swing of things. 😂

I’ve also gotten to watch some pretty amazing patients make progress toward their goals, which has been such a rewarding part of this summer. 🤍

As we all start getting back into our school-year routines (myself included!), I’m booking a limited number of new patient spots at the studio for the fall!

If you’ve been waiting to address something, manage a symptom, or get back to something you love doing, now is a great time to get on the schedule.

Email me for more info or to get scheduled! 🤍

Next class is Monday, June 22nd and I’d love to see you there! 🫶

⏰ 6:45 - 7:30 PM

Core Restore foundations is a perfect place to start if you are trying to reconnect with your core muscles, find those glutes again and gain a little pelvic floor awareness.

You do not have to be in shape, understand how any of this works or be having symptoms to benefit from this class!

I’m just here to provide a judgement-free environment where you can learn, move and connect with your body. 🤍

Loved the opportunity to present on Pelvic Floor Function in Geriatric Rehab to physical and occupational therapists interested in integrating pelvic health principles into the geriatric population.

So many older adults silently deal with leakage, pressure, constipation, pain, balance changes, and core dysfunction thinking it’s ‘just aging’ - when in reality there are often ways we can better support them through movement, breathing strategies, education, and rehab integration.

Thank you Aegis Therapies and Iowa Western Community College for this opportunity to share on a topic I’m so passionate about and continue expanding pelvic health awareness into a variety of rehab and clinical settings. 🫶

✨Registration is open for my May 13th Core Restore Elevated class! 🤍🔥

📍Studio 4:8 Yoga

🗓️ Wednesday, May 13th

⏰ 6:45-7:30 PM

We just did the first one this week and I’m really excited to offer it again. It was challenging in the best way - learning how to find your deep core muscles (I promise they’re there!), connecting breath + pelvic floor, and noticing how sneaky our bodies can be at compensating.

You don’t need to have anything figured out to come. Just show up and I’ll guide the rest. You’ll be surrounded by a great group of ladies all figuring this out together. 🫶

✨ New class alert ✨

Core Restore: Elevated is coming April 22nd!

📍 Location: Studio 4:8 Yoga
⏰ Time: 6:45–7:30 PM

This one is for my gals who have taken Core Restore before and feel ready for just a little more.

We’re not starting from scratch here - we’ll skip the “what is the pelvic floor” piece and build on what you already know.

We’ll still focus on that intentional breath work you’ve loved, but with a bit more challenge, coordination, and deeper core connection.

It’s still very doable. You’ll be guided the whole time, and I’ll always give options so you can make it easier or more challenging depending on how your body feels that day.

If you’ve been waiting for the next step, this is it. Register below to save your spot!!

This isn’t just stretching or a regular core class.

My goal is to help you actually feel your core and glutes, coordinate your breath with movement, and layer in pelvic floor work when it makes sense. 🤍

If you’ve ever
– tried to “engage your core” and felt nothing
– leaked a little when you run, jump, or sneeze
– or your back/hips take over every time you try to get stronger

It’s not always about fixing your form…
sometimes your body just needs to learn this part first

This is where everything clicks so when you go back to workouts or just daily tasks it finally feels different!

We start with your breath, then build on it so your body knows how to show up in real life.

🗓️ Next class: April 8th - Core Restore Foundations at Studio 4:8 Yoga

Hi ladies! Registration is open for April Core Restore dates! 🎉

April 8 – Core Restore: Foundations
This one is perfect if you’re just getting started, it’s been a while, or you need those extra reps to really feel confident with your breath, core, and pelvic floor connection (this stuff takes time - be patient with yourself 🤍).

NEW ✨ Elevated option

April 22 – Core Restore: Elevated
This option is for those who’ve been to a few classes (and practiced a bit at home) and feel comfortable with the basics. We’ll skip the intro and move right into slightly more progressed exercises so you can keep building.

📍 Location: Studio 4:8 Yoga
⏰ Time: 6:45–7:30 PM
