Movement (or lack thereof, rather) has been found to be the biggest predictor of all cause mortality. We live in a world where we’re bred from young adulthood to work hard until we reach retirement age. At that point, sadly, the vast majority of people will become even more sedentary than they were.  This lack of activity inevitably leads to death.
I’m sure anyone reading this can think of a family member/friend who passed away in a similar manner to the above-mentioned situation.
The moral of the story…start moving!
As little as 1 workout/wk. can improve strength (this has been proven)!
