If anyone would like to join a small chair yoga class 5:15-6:15pm on Mondays at A Centered Space in Gilbertsville, please reach out. It is currently a private class for one woman but she is open to adding other women if you want to join us. $10pp.

For those who attended tonight's Full Moon Immersive Sound Therapy Workshop, know that the burdens you released were not simply poured down the drain. I released them back to the Earth, in the grass, repeating, "I send back to the Earth these burdens we've released, may they be transformed to help us find peace."

I give thanks to every instrument as I put it away and cleanse the space before I leave. Everything with intention. I encourage you to cultivate intention into your daily activities, as well.

Someone asked tonight about other sacred ceremonies I could offer and here are the ones I've taken training to facilitate...tonight we Incorporated moon ritual with water ritual.
