I’m looking for 5-10 people to take care of starting next week who think they may need physical therapy. (Anywhere in Louisiana)

This will be a pilot for a new service I’m considering.

If you are injured, in pain, something is nagging you, then you’re the person I’m looking for.

I’m going to send you a questionnaire to fill out.
You shoot a 1-3 minute video showing me where you hurt and what movements hurt and send it to me.

What you get is 14 days of care from
me completely free.

- I will read your case and watch your video within 24 hours.
- I will decided if a further video call will be needed.
- I’ll send you a comprehensive 14 day plan to begin at home with little to no equipment needed.
- You can text any questions or concerns for the 14 days
- I will check your progress at day 3, 7, 10, and 14 via text.
- I will adjust your plan as needed.
- at the end of 14 days you will fill out the questionnaire again and tell me how much better you are.
- Then, we will decide if you are better, need to get further care at a trusted clinic, be seen in person, or be referred to your doctor.

This week, I have started learning about ANF Therapy. It assists your body’s musculoskeletal function, helps manage pain and discomfort, and supports natural healing.

I’m excited to bring this to SBC. I will be the first person in Louisiana certified in this therapy.

It give me a great option to help people feel and move better without having to take a bunch of medication and it’s a great combination to my mobility and strength training!

I’ll be ready to start seeing clients with this new treatment soon!!

Did you know PJ's Coffee had a “Pay it Forward” Board???

I heard one of the Baristas explain that it was for oeople having a hard day, forgot their wallet, etc.

What’s more important is that it is full of goodies someone else paid for and it is for someone they do not know and will not have contact with.

Frozen shoulder can be frustrating and recovery is rarely quick.

Research suggests that most people improve gradually over 12–24 months, while some cases may take up to three years. The good news is that you don’t have to simply wait and hope it gets better.

A stage-appropriate plan can help manage pain, maintain movement, restore mobility, and rebuild strength without constantly aggravating the shoulder.

If your shoulder has become increasingly painful and stiff, or it isn’t improving, get it properly evaluated. Not every stiff shoulder is frozen shoulder, and the right treatment depends on what is actually causing the problem.
