Triathlon day!

Triathlons are something Iโ€™ve enjoyed over the last 19 years. Thereโ€™s so much about it that I enjoy and the experience today topped it allโ€ฆ Watching my son compete in the same events that I did!

I watched my son this week, all on his own, eliminate sugar from his diet, get good sleep, stay hydrated, and eat the kind of foods that promote health and vitality- all on his own. I watched him cross the finish line in sixth place today. It is his very first triathlon. He set a goal last year to compete in it. Today was a moment I will never forget!

Im so grateful for the opportunity to do these activities together!

Thank you Ozark Valley Triathlon for creating this lifelong memory for me and my son. Incredible venue. Awesome finishing breakfast. Thanks for the safety and forever memories.
