I began my cosmetic career in 2006, managing a Merle Norman Cosmetics boutique. In 2008, I attended the Southern Institute of Permanent Cosmetics and successfully completed all the courses to become certified in permanent cosmetics. This became a passion for me that had been completely hidden. I fell in love with the idea that I could give certain women another option aside from everyday cosmetics
. Permanent Makeup is so wonderful for women who have allergies to cosmetics, or for women who have a hard time seeing to apply their makeup. There are so many wonderful things about it, imagine a woman who has lost her hair from chemo...and to think I can give that back, just amazing! I also gained my certification in Lash Extensions, which I also fell in love with. Xtreme Lashes are the leading lash extensions in the industry and with experience since 2008, you won't find anyone who can do it better. In 2010, Merle Norman Cosmetics had reached it's final stages and due to the economic downfall, it had to close it's doors. Saddened by the life I had built with Merle Norman, I decided to attend cosmetology school. With a new attitude and a fresh outlook on life, I began the Eastern School of Hair Design, completing the course in 2011. I now have obtained my Master's License in hair, however Permanent Makeup and Lash Extensions are my main focus.
