We’re considering adding an AI phone system to help make it easier and faster for our patients to reach the pharmacy — and before we make any decisions, we want to hear what YOU think!

Here’s what the system could offer:

✨ Reach the pharmacy immediately with a simple command
🕐 Available 24/7 — even when we’re closed
📍 Answer basic questions like our hours, address, and other general information
💊 Request prescription refills — even if you don’t have your Rx number! You could describe the medication instead.
👩‍⚕️ Free up our staff to better assist the patients who are waiting inside the pharmacy

Our goal would be to make things more convenient for you while allowing our staff to spend more time helping you face-to-face.

But we want to know what our patients think! ❤️

❤️Even if we give this a trial run, we will use our patients feed back to decide if we continue with it or not. As always our goal is to make our patients pharmacy experience the best it can be. ❤️
