I've always repeated the phrase "kindness is the true religion." But kindness isn't always about compliments, flattery or saying the best thing. Being kind also is when you aren't scared to say the truth. Being authentic to yourself and sharing your perspective, wisdom and honest opinion is the kindest thing one can do for someone - and themselves.

When we live in alignment with our truth, speak our story and share our thoughts - we vibrate and radiant at a higher frequency. Energy matches energy - and it is the natural process to rise up to those around you.

In Ayurveda, there are 13 natural urges (Adharaniya Vegas) that should never be suppressed. These are everyday signals—like the urge to urinate, eat, sleep, or even cry—that help the body regulate, eliminate, and stay in balance.

When we ignore these signals (often due to busyness or habit), it disrupts Vata, the force responsible for movement in the body. Over time, this can lead to:

• Poor digestion and toxin accumulation (ama)
• Increased anxiety, tension, and fatigue
• Weakened immunity and overall vitality

This is one of the most practical teachings of Ayurveda: honor the urge when it arises.
Small, consistent awareness in these moments can prevent deeper imbalance from forming.
