It's not your fault.

Misinformation is SO prevalent in the essential oil community, it can be really difficult to know what to trust. Most of the time, you hear about unsafe practices not from people maliciously trying to hurt you, but from fellow EO users who are just doing their best and trusted the wrong source. It's not your fault if you've been duped in the past BUT you do have a responsibility to yourself and anyone you use essential oils on to do your due diligence and get reliable information from the best sources.

Robert Tisserand has been in aromatherapy for over 50 years. In that time he's taken a particular interest in educating about essential oil safety and wrote the book that ultimately became the industry standard of safety throughout the world.

In addition to his book, Robert teaches the Essential Oil Safety Masterclass, where you can get personal questions answered and hear Robert explain some of the more complicated aspects of safety in great detail.

Currently, this masterclass is being offered as a standalone course, and also as part of Aromatic Skincare, both of which build into the AromaDermatology Diploma program. Enrollment for these current offerings will end on January 30, and classes begin on Feb 1.

Sweet, tangy, and dangerously addictive—just like grandma used to make 🫙✨
Amish Sweet Pepper Relish (Old-Fashioned Style) 🍅✨

Sweet, tangy, and packed with nostalgic flavor—perfect for topping burgers, hot dogs, or sandwiches 😍

Prep time: 20 minutes
Cook time: 30 minutes
Total time: 50 minutes
Yield: 4–6 jars

Ingredients:

* 6 cups bell peppers (finely chopped, mixed colors)
* 2 cups onions (finely chopped)
* 1 1/2 cups apple cider vinegar
* 1 1/2 cups sugar
* 1 tbsp salt
* 1 tsp mustard seeds
* 1 tsp celery seeds
* 1/2 tsp turmeric

Instructions:

1. Finely chop peppers and onions, then place in a large bowl.
2. Sprinkle with salt, mix well, and let sit for 1 hour.
3. Drain excess liquid thoroughly.
4. In a large pot, combine vinegar, sugar, mustard seeds, celery seeds, and turmeric.
5. Bring mixture to a boil, stirring until sugar dissolves.
6. Add drained pepper and onion mixture to the pot.
7. Simmer for 20–25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
8. Spoon hot relish into clean jars, leaving a little space at the top.
9. Seal and let cool before storing in the fridge.

Pro Tip:
Let it sit for at least 24 hours before eating—the flavor gets even better the next day!
