This 57 year old woman worked with Dr. Eliasieh to create a holistic rejuvenation plan including ptosis repair to lift the lash line, upper blepharoplasty to remove excess skin and excess fat causing unwanted fullness of the upper eyelids, and lower blepharoplasty to remove excess skin and fat in the lower eyelids followed by facial fat transfer to smooth the lower eyelid contour. You immediately see the improvement in your upper eyelids and most people resume their daily routines after that first week, though it can take three months for the results to fully manifest as your eyelids heal and settle.

This 65 year old woman feels wonderfully refreshed after her upper bleph at the beautiful Lunata office in Berkeley. The weight of the excess skin resting on her eyelashes had become tiring and uncomfortable. After just one week when the sutures were removed, she felt younger and brighter. Adding volume to the upper and lower eyelids with facial fat transfer was a key part of this 42 year old woman’s Lunata treatment plan. .eliasieh performed upper and lower blepharoplasty to improve symmetry and gently tighten the delicate skin of the eyelids, then harvested a small amount of fat from the abdomen—a more biocompatible and longer-lasting alternative to filler—to enhance the lower lid to cheek contour. This 62 year old man underwent upper blepharoplasty to address the hooding of his upper eyelids. A low-hanging lid can impair peripheral vision, particularly in the upper and outer fields, obstructing the field of view and making tasks like driving and reading more difficult. Removing the excess skin through upper blepharoplasty restores the field of vision and refreshes the eyes.
