⭐ Why Do Stars Matter to Creators? ⭐

Planning ahead is truly be a game changer 💛

I never used to be someone who planned much in advance, or made lists. College taught me how much organization and preparation can change your life, while saving you time.

After, a significant concussion, it all seemingly became a cluster, I have had to relearn skills and develop new strategies to stay organized, remember, and prepare for the day ahead. One of the biggest lessons has been breaking big things into small, manageable steps.

If something feels overwhelming, try planning ahead and tackling it one step at a time. You will feel the difference, you will have a sense of control and confidence.

You do not have to figure everything out today. Just give your future self a little help. Be kind to yourself and be gentle in your communication.

Planning ahead is truly always a game changer especially when I never used to plan anything in advance.

Then going to college made me understand how important planning was to have a successful life, that was not chaotic.

After, having a significant concussion, I have had to relearn many skills and some new strategies. Breaking big into small manageable pieces makes tasks much more manageable. I utilize lists and check things off as I go.

How do you manage a busy schedule? Please drop your tips and suggestions below, thank you.

📍Mass. Do better. Three hours to access medical care is insane. 🚗🚆🏥

Car → T station → Boston → MGH.

When healthcare is three hours away, an appointment becomes a journey.

So today, I am shifting my mindset.

A September morning.
The energy of Boston.
The little moments along the way.

The hard parts are real, but they do not have to be the whole story.

The destination is MGH. But the journey matters, too. 💛

👀 Imagine being outside and having a rat run by? 😂🐀🍂

I was out on my morning walk when I spotted this little guy putting in SERIOUS effort.

Apparently, the Rat Race Crew is training for fall 🐀💨🏃.

These decisions do not happen without voters.

Today, SHOW UP.

🕯️ WE REMEMBER THOSE WHO LOST THEIR LIVES, TO THEIR BATTLE ❤️‍🩹💔

INTERNATIONAL OVERDOSE AWARENESS DAY August 31, 2026

Today, we remember.
Today, we raise awareness.
Today, we choose compassion.
Today, we need to choose education and support

Behind every overdose statistic is a person.

A daughter.
A son.
A parent.
A sibling.
A friend.
Someone who was loved.
Someone who mattered.

Today we remember the lives lost to overdose and hold space for the families, friends, and communities left behind.

We also recognize the people who are still here, navigating substance use, recovery, grief, or simply trying to make it through another day. Please do not judge, and do not try tough love. Instead educate yourself on ways you can learn about their disease, and harm reduction.

💜 Addiction is not a moral failure.
💜 Recovery is possible.
💜 People deserve compassion, dignity, and support.
💜 One conversation, one naloxone kit, or one moment of support can make a difference.

If you use substances, you deserve to stay alive.

If someone you love is struggling, you don’t have to have all the answers to show up for them.

And if you are in recovery: your story matters.
❤️Your life matters❤️.

Today is not only about remembering those we lost.

It’s about building communities where fewer people are lost in the first place.

Remember. Educate. Advocate. Support.

🚨 MASSACHUSETTS, DON’T SCROLL. YOUR VOTE IS TOMORROW. 🗳️

📅 Tuesday, September 1, 2026
⏰ Polls are open 7 AM–8 PM (some communities open earlier)

This election matters.

We are facing major decisions about healthcare, housing, education, public safety, reproductive rights, voting access, gun laws, taxes, and the future direction of Massachusetts.

And looking ahead 👀

The November 3 election, Massachusetts voters will also face 9 statewide ballot questions.

⚠️ QUESTION 8 is especially important to know about, and it will impact many people no matter which way the vote goes.

It would prohibit retail sales of adult recreational ma*****na in Massachusetts and would also affect the current adult-use cannabis framework.

Medical ma*****na would remain legal, but the future of legal recreational ma*****na is on the ballot (Massachusetts Secretary of State).

Whether you agree or disagree with ma*****na legalization, you deserve to know what is being proposed before you vote.

And that is the bigger message:

Do NOT vote based on a name. Do NOT vote based on a headline. Do NOT sit this one out.

Research the candidates.
Research the ballot questions.
Understand what is actually at stake.

🇺🇸 Massachusetts your voice matters. Show up and use your privelage as it is your civic duty.
