Have you ever felt drawn to Reiki and wondered what it would be like to actually learn how to work with this beautiful energy yourself?

This is your invitation to begin.

Gendai Reiki Ho Level 1, Shoden, meaning “first teachings,” is the foundation of the Reiki journey. It offers a beautiful blend of Japanese Reiki tradition, practical hands-on techniques, self-healing, meditation, energetic awareness, and spiritual development.

And yes, you will actually practice Reiki.

Together, we’ll explore what Reiki is, where it comes from, the philosophy behind the practice, and how to incorporate Reiki into everyday life. You’ll learn how to work with Reiki for yourself and others through hands-on techniques, guided practice, meditation, breath and awareness practices, and traditional Japanese Reiki techniques.

We’ll explore:

• The history and foundations of Usui Reiki Ryoho and Gendai Reiki Ho
• The Reiki Principles and how they can become a practical way of living
• Reiki energy and how to cultivate your relationship with it
• Self-treatment and the traditional hand positions
• Giving Reiki to another person
• Japanese Reiki techniques for cleansing, strengthening, focusing, and circulating Reiki energy
• Meditation, breath, awareness, and energetic practices
• Group Reiki and Reiki circle practices
• Practical ways to bring Reiki into your everyday life
• Multiple Level 1 energy transmissions/attunements as part of your training
• Plenty of hands-on practice, questions, exploration, and experience

Gendai Reiki is rooted in the teachings of Mikao Usui and was developed by Hiroshi Doi as a practical approach to Reiki that brings together the spiritual depth of Japanese Reiki with techniques that can be integrated into modern daily life.

The Lion's Gate amplifies whatever has already begun, whether that is something you wish to expand or something that still requires your attention. It will acts as an energetic accelerator, increasing momentum, clarity, intuition and manifestation. If you are aligned with your path, things will begin moving surprisingly quickly.
