Good morning. Sky in the west this morning at chores. I know the sunrises in the east but this was the west skies. At first the streak of color in the air looked a little like part of a rainbow 🌈

Billy Bob’s allergic reaction to something unknown. Hives and rubbing places on his head raw from itching.
Note: bottom photo of the head I was unable to get the first day of the raw skin on the underside of his head between his jaw bones.

Love my skin care for the horses and triple antibiotics salve. Healing well.

🐴 WHAT DOES A HORSE NOTICE ABOUT YOU BEFORE YOU'VE EVEN SAID A WORD?

Your breathing.
Your movement.

The way you enter their space.
The places where you hesitate.
The moments you try to appear confident when something inside feels very different.

Horses don't need our stories.
They meet what is happening right now.

And that's one of the reasons working alongside horses can be so powerful.

We spend so much of our lives explaining, analysing and trying to understand ourselves through our thoughts.

But sometimes the body is telling a different story.

And sometimes, standing quietly beside a horse helps us begin to hear it.

There is so much more happening in these moments than most people realise.
