I have returned from a 9 day initiation
by self and by a sacred community of priestesses
within the 13 Moon Mystery School for Quintessential Alchemy.

This journey began far from home, yet I discovered that home is a frequency
I can create wherever I go.

This is the alchemical process in the era of expansion.

What you give your attention to… flourishes.
When you nourish what is already working,
you expand peace, joy, love, and abundance.
Momentum builds from what is alive, not from what is lacking.

Your consciousness grows in the direction of your focus.

The path upward is not through fixation on what is missing, but through gratitude for what is present.

Gratitude multiplies.
Optimism opens.
Attention amplifies support.

Look for the evidence that you are supported
and watch how quickly that support expands.

This is the work now

I’ll be guiding a 3pm workshop: Calling in the Elements

We gather in community to remember…to return to the ancient ways that live within us.

Earth beneath us.
Air moving through us.
Fire awakening us.
Water softening us.

This is a space of reconnection.
Of embodiment.
Of remembering who we are when we come back into rhythm with nature.

I used to wonder why my path felt so different.

Why I was drawn to energy, to depth, to the unseen.
Why surface-level work never felt like enough.
Why I couldn’t ignore what I could feel in others.

It wasn’t something I chose randomly.
And it wasn’t something I learned overnight.

It was already there.

When I looked deeper into my birth chart through Hermetic Lots, it reflected everything I had already lived.

A natural connection to energy, intuition, and healing.
A pull to build something real and structured from it.
A fire that doesn’t just hold space, but activates transformation.
A path rooted in deep shadow work, emotional depth, and rebirth.
And lessons through relationships that taught me how to come back to myself.

This work is not performative for me.
It is not something I step into and out of.

It is how I am built.
It is how I see.
It is how I guide.

Everything I offer comes from lived experience, energetic awareness, and a deep understanding of what it takes to move through real transformation.

Because healing, awareness, and embodiment don’t happen in one moment or one format.

Sometimes you need direct support and reflection.
Sometimes you need space to explore and remember in community.
Sometimes you need consistency to stay connected to yourself.
Sometimes you need immersion to fully step out of your patterns.
And sometimes you are ready to deepen into mastery and study.

None of these is better than the other.

They simply meet different seasons of your path.

This work is not about pressure or urgency.

It is about alignment.

Choosing the space that meets you where you are…
not where you think you “should” be. ✨

I don’t see myself as someone who “fixes” or “heals” others.

That has never been the point of my work.

What I do is create space where you can begin to hear yourself again.

Where the noise of overthinking, over-seeking, and over-functioning starts to soften.

Where your body becomes something you trust again…
not something you override.

Most people don’t need more information.
They don’t need more tools.
They don’t need another method to follow.

They need space to stop abandoning themselves long enough to recognize what has been true all along.

That’s what this work is.

For clients, it often feels like relief.
For practitioners, it often feels like refinement… a return to integrity and presence.

Not becoming more.
Not fixing what’s broken.

Just remembering what’s already here. ✨

This work didn’t come from one place.

It wasn’t one training, one teacher, or one modality that shaped it.

I moved through many spaces…
learning, studying, experiencing different ways of working with energy, the body, and the unseen.

And for a long time, I thought that was the path.
To keep learning. To keep adding. To keep searching for the next layer.

But the real shift didn’t happen there.

It happened in the moments where I had to live what I had learned.
Where it moved out of theory and into my body.
Into my choices. Into the way I showed up in my life.

That’s where everything changed.

Not in what I knew…
but in what I was willing to embody.

This is what shaped the way I hold this work now.

It isn’t something I perform.
It isn’t something I follow step by step.

It’s something I live.

And everything I offer is built from that place. ✨

These were the steps that pulled me out of self-sacrifice.

I stopped overexplaining myself.
I started honoring my body’s no.
I left the environments that kept me small.
I allowed people to misunderstand me.
I stopped staying where I wasn’t met.
I told the truth… even when it cost me.
I stopped trying to fix what wasn’t broken.

None of this was aesthetic.
None of it was easy.

There were moments I wanted to turn back,
to shrink into what felt safe and familiar.
But every time I chose myself instead,
I felt a little more real.
A little more free.
A little more alive.

And slowly, without fanfare,
I began to see the results I had been chasing all along:
clarity, strength, boundaries, and the quiet knowing
that my power was always mine.

This is what it means to step into your own energy,
to remember who you already are. ✨

At some point, the path asks a deeper, more honest question…

Am I truly healing…
or have I become devoted to the identity of being unhealed?

Because there is a place where seeking turns into attachment.
Where the wound becomes familiar… even safe.
Where letting it go would require becoming someone new.

Your body is not confused.
It is intelligent. Responsive. Always communicating.
It has been guiding you long before you learned to question it.

And your soul…
is not waiting for you to fix yourself.
It is not measuring your worth by how much you’ve healed.
It is simply asking you to remember who you are beneath it all.

The real work is not always visible.
It won’t always be aesthetic.
It won’t always be something you can share or explain.

It is the quiet moments of choosing differently.
The endings you allow.
The boundaries you finally hold.
The truth you stop avoiding.

It is deeper than practices.
More honest than performance.
More sacred than perfection.

And it will ask everything of you…
but in return, it gives you back to yourself.
