Yesterday we gathered to welcome the Autumn Equinox, slowing down to reflect, create, and honor the turning of the season. 🍂

One of the most beautiful parts of our afternoon was creating our own ex-votos, giving form through art to something meaningful within us: a prayer, an intention, gratitude, a release, or something we are ready to carry forward.

A heartfelt thank you to Nikki of The Art of a Green Witch for sharing your creativity and beautiful artistic practice with us, and to the Berwick Arts Association for bringing this collaboration to life.

I’m so grateful for afternoon like this, where art, ritual, and community come together.

✨ A little piece of my story is out in the world. ✨

I’m honored to be featured as a Local Gem in Voyage Pennsylvania Magazine.

Sometimes disconnection from yourself doesn’t look like falling apart.

Sometimes it looks like being the woman who keeps everything together.

You show up. You take care of everyone. You keep moving. You accomplish what needs to be done.

But somewhere along the way, you stop checking in with yourself.

You stop asking what you want.
You stop listening to your body.
You second-guess your intuition.
You forget what brings you joy.

And eventually, you may find yourself wondering, “When did I become so disconnected from myself?”

If any of these signs resonated with you, don’t judge yourself for being there.

Start small.

Pause. Breathe. Ask yourself, “What do I need today?”

Then listen.

Coming home to yourself doesn’t happen all at once. It happens one small choice at a time.

When was the last time you really checked in with yourself?

Not what your family needs.

Not what your work needs.

Not what everyone else expects from you.

What do YOU need?

So many women become incredibly good at functioning while quietly becoming disconnected from themselves.

We keep going.
We take care of everyone.
We push through.
We say we’re fine.
We keep accomplishing.

Until one day we realize we don’t actually know what we want anymore.

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, uncertain, emotionally tired, or like something is missing, I want you to know this:

You may not be lost.

You may simply need to come home to yourself.

And that journey begins by listening inward again.

This is the heart of the work I do through Mindfully Aligned.

I didn’t choose the name Mani Omnia. It chose me, in a ceremony where I stopped listening with my mind and started listening with my heart.

That’s the frequency ceremony holds. It doesn’t explain. It reveals. And it’s the same frequency each gate in this work moves people toward, not as a nice closing ritual, but as the actual point of arrival.

Letting go of Reiki wasn’t a loss. It was what opened me up to the version of this work that’s actually authentic, the version I use in sessions and teach now.

Mani Omnia means “Hands of All Things.” Not a system I’m applying. Something I’m accessing, and something I now hold space for others to access too.

If you’ve ever felt something true before you had words for it, you already know this frequency. It’s what you’re walking toward.

For a long time, I used Reiki as the language for what I was doing.

And it gave me a foundation I’m deeply grateful for.

But at a certain point, I couldn’t ignore what I was actually witnessing.

This wasn’t something being applied.

It wasn’t something being transferred.

And it wasn’t limited to a specific method or system.

It was something people were accessing within themselves.

Directly.

Consistently.

Intelligently.

That’s where everything began to shift for me.

Because I realized…

I wasn’t just practicing Reiki anymore.

I was working with something that required a different level of perception, language, and responsibility.

And that’s what eventually became Mani Omnia.

Not a replacement.

But a recognition of what the work had already become.
