OUR NEW HOME || We’re so excited to announce our finalized partnership with CrossFit Main Line!

We’re confident that the CrossFit Main Line team will take great care of all our members and ensure they enjoy and appreciate FXNL Fitness’ new home.

Starting Monday, February 15, we’re shifting our adult training classes to CrossFit Main Line and merging with their schedule. This gives our members the same high-quality workouts and coaching they want and need, while providing significantly MORE flexibility to train according to their schedule.

You can find the CrossFit Main Line training schedule at https://crossfitmainline.com/all-workouts/ — you’ll have full access to BOTH locations in Wayne and Ardmore!

Rest assured, we’ll continue personal training, rehabilitation, and chiropractic care at FXNL Fitness and Creative Health & Spine 610-722-0240. If you have any questions about this transition, don’t hesitate to email back or touch base with Coach Chelsey at [email protected].

MEET YOUR COACH || Coach Chelsey’s coming in hot! She’s brought a fun, awesome energy to our afternoon classes at FXNL Fitness and has already made a great, positive impression on many of our athletes this week.

On Thursday, 2/11, Chelsey’s invited us all to CrossFit Main Line to checkout their space and meet in their community. To facilitate the welcome, we’ve shifted this Thursday’s afternoon classes to CFML, and we hope to see you there!

FXNL FITNESS x CFML || Meet the teams! Our own Dr. Andrew Fetterman and CrossFit Main Line Coach Daniel Davidson highlight what you can expect as we move forward to give our members more opportunities to train and improve in all areas of their health and fitness.

While we'll continue focusing on personal training and restorative chiropractic care at Creative Health & Spine 610-722-0240, CrossFit Main Line will host group training and provide more class times to better fit the varied schedules of all our members! Our community will be well taken care of with experienced coaching, fun programming, and additional accountability.

We're excited to be able to make health and fitness more convenient, accessible, and engaging through this partnership, and we're sure our members will enjoy the additional value they'll get for their continued support.
