Day 30 Post
Day 26 Mile

30 days ago .a.wolff challenged me.

Post every day for 30 days or ski 50,000 meters.

As much as I enjoy suffering, I figured I’d give the posting thing a go.

The goal was never to become an influencer. It was accountability.

To show up every day. To put something out there. To share a little more of what we do at Stassi Chiropractic, Optimal Performance, training, family, golf, and life.

This picture is from HYROX Houston during the sled push. And honestly, it reminds me a lot of the last 30 days.

Not every step is exciting. Not every day feels productive. Sometimes you just put your head down and keep moving forward.

Thirty days later, I’ve learned that consistency is a lot more powerful than motivation.

Now we just have to decide…. Keep em rolling?!
