We dared our team to try the Keller Funnel Challenge. Results were... mixed. 😂

Filler can't lift tissue, and that's not a bad thing, it's just not what it's designed to do. 💉

Filler occupies space. It replenishes lost volume. So for the cheeks or under-eye area, it can be really effective. But if tissue has fallen, like a heavy nasolabial fold, no amount of filler is going to give you the lift you're looking for. That's where surgery comes in.

For so many men, gynecomastia isn't just a physical concern, it's something that affects confidence, posture, and even the clothes they're willing to wear.

This patient came to me ready for a change. With surgical correction, we were able to remove excess glandular tissue and reshape the chest for a flatter, more masculine contour, with incisions placed to keep scarring minimal and easy to hide. These results are just three weeks post-op, so this is still an early look; we'll continue to see the swelling come down and the contour refine over the coming months.
