Our upcoming clinic backyard event will be 🔥🔥🔥!
Join us in the backyard of Core 4 Healing and Wellness for our first ever Fire Flow Performance led by local flow artist and instructor, Shane Foster.
This is event is great for all ages! During the event, the audience will learn about multiple flow implements, including fire poi, light poi, staff, and helio staff, and be able to touch and try each implement. When the sun sets, we’ll sit back and relax as Shane lights the implements on fire and performs a fire flow!
This is a FREE event! Donations will be accepted.

Join us in the backyard of Core 4 Healing and Wellness for our annual sound bath. This year, we are excited to be partnering with local sound healer, Ang Castellani, who will be introducing our community to the magic of traditional Tibetan singing bowls. This event will also include an opening and closing ceremony to round out the experience!
A suggested donation of $20/person will be collected at the door. All are welcome! Please feel free to invite friends, family, and strangers! Let’s fill the backyard! :)
