This vegan chickpea salad is one of my absolute favorite salad recipes EVER! It is super easy to make, so healthy, and it tastes absolutely fantastic. This is an amazing meal or side dish at a BBQ!

Healing Soup ~ this is a lovely ~ and simple ~ soup for any respiratory or inflammatory ailments, or just to give your overall immunity system a boost...🌿🍋🌱
Ingredients 🌿1 tsp each of rosemary, thyme, sage, ginger & turmeric; 1 bay leaf; 3-4 cloves of garlic; coconut oil 🌿1 onion, 2 carrots, 2 zucchinis, mushrooms, potatoes & a bunch of kale
Instructions 🌿 sauté onions, garlic & ginger in oil; add mushrooms, carrots, zucchini & potatoes. Cover completely with veggie stock, add herbs, simmer till cook. Season with sea salt and black pepper (pepper is important for uptake of the curcumin in the turmeric) to taste 🌿🍋🌱
