The tarot and journaling circles Kristen has been running this year aim to give exactly this type of space to be seen, to be heard, to be known, and to be loved in community. We have met many beautiful and thoughtful souls through these gathering circles, and we are so grateful for the connections they've brought and continue to bring.

What a journey it has been for our community. Both ThePlace2B and Life By Seasons.

For these kids the journey has been incredible to watch and be a part of. Our own James Castillo coaches these teens in the evenings when he’s not at the clinic. What originally started as a creative endeavor to mix sports and mental health empowerment, has turned into an opportunity to grow in the most amazing ways. On top of what’s already mentioned in the original post by the YWCA Quad Cities, every coach, referee, tournament staff, and parent interaction we had with during the tournament all said YWCA FC was their favorite team to watch as they played with so much heart and flare.

With all this it’s been an exciting journey for Life By Seasons as well. As we continue to grow in our practice, our community outreach keeps getting more impactful. Including James’ involvement as a coach, Life By Seasons helped sponsor the team financially and our logo was graciously added to the jersey. Kristen went to almost every game an hour and a half away just to support in person. It’s always been our passion to involve ourselves in community with our journal circles, our 30 Days of Wellness events, and so much more! It’s amazing to see the victories like our kids here at ThePlace2B flourishing with all the support they deserve. Congratulations YWCA FC!

As most of you know, we will be moving Life By Seasons to the State of Oregon in August. With this, we would love to show the west coast just what our clientele has to say about us. Today this beautiful woman celebrates 5 years as a licensed massage therapist! We promised we would keep you updated, and here is our follow-through on that commitment! 🌱

Life By Seasons is excited to announce more opportunities to gather in Circle this spring and summer! Thanks to the wonderful team at Sanctuary Studios, we have been gifted a weekly timeframe to gather, reflect, inspire, learn, and connect on a level most day-to-day events don't allow the time and space for. All levels of spirituality, writing, and astrological knowledge are welcome; this is an inviting, non-judgmental space for all to relax into personal and communal discovery.

Starting April 30th*** we will be meeting at Sanctuary almost every Thursday until our departure for the Pacific Northwest in mid-August. We will create events for each Thursday on our page to keep you informed, and the full schedule will also soon be available on Sanctuary's website.

For the circles themselves, please bring your favorite journal and writing utensil, anything to help you take a comfortable seat on the floor, and curiosity about yourself and others. All other journaling or tarot prompts and tools will be provided.

***The first circle (April 30th) will take place at 6.45pm, as will one circle in July. All others will be at 5:30pm on Thursdays. There will be reminders for each of these special start times as they get closer.
