Not everything labeled "hyperbaric" actually meets the medical standard. We trialed a device nicknamed the "washing machine" at a wound center near Beverly Hills, but the results just weren't there. It cycles spray and oxygen, but only reaches 1.1 to 1.3 atmospheres—well below the FDA’s 1.5 requirement for true hyperbarics. Mislabeling these treatments is dangerous for patient safety.
