For the people who constantly ask, “What product was used?” The SAME product can yield completely different results in different hands.

Yes, product matters. It plays a major role in longevity, tissue behavior, and maintaining the integrity of an augmentation over time.

But technique is the ultimate determinant of shape, distribution, balance, and proportion.

An intricate injector can create a beautiful result even when working with a less-than-ideal product. The problem may reveal itself later. The product may become fluffier, spread differently, or gradually distort the shape over the course of months or years.

And on the same token, give the best product on the market to someone lacking technical skill, and you can still end up with horrendous results.

Product does not create artistry.
