This younger female patient underwent chin augmentation to create more projection and better harmony between her chin, jawline, and overall facial profile.

The goal wasn’t to dramatically change her appearance. It was to enhance her natural proportions while keeping the result subtle and completely in balance with the rest of her features.

Why do you look tired even when you’re getting plenty of sleep? 👀

Sometimes, it has less to do with how tired you actually are and more to do with the natural changes happening around the eyes over time.

Changes in skin, volume, eyelid fat, and even brow position can all influence how rested or refreshed the eye area appears.

And addressing it doesn’t always mean undergoing a major procedure. Depending on the patient, subtle treatments to the upper or lower eyelids, brows, or surrounding volume may be enough to create a noticeable yet natural-looking refresh.

He specifically did not want to change his face or look like he had undergone cosmetic surgery. The goal was to improve the neck contour while preserving his existing facial features and maintaining a completely natural, masculine appearance.

For male patients especially, subtlety can make all the difference. A carefully planned neck lift can address the area of concern without unnecessarily changing the rest of the face.
