i’m part of the “health & wellness” world, but I don’t subscribe to most of the extreme nonsense here
i believe your nervous system and belief system are the main drivers of illness or wellness
yes, what we put on our bodies, in our bodies, and breathe into our bodies matter. no, we cannot control it all, but, yes, we can do things to mitigate it.
no, you don’t need to spend $$ on everything promoted to you on social media. just because a supplement helped one person doesn’t mean it’s your cure-all. every*body* is unique with unique needs.
question everything and everyone.
diagnoses are not personality traits
living in fear of “toxic” things is toxic
have hobbies outside of “living healthily”
find the joy in the little things every. single. day.
