Here is my 72-year-old facial rejuvenation patient, Bradley, after 2.5 months post-op!

In all, he had a deep plane facelift and neck lift with an upper and lower blepharoplasty. He also had fat repositioning, facial fat grafting and nano-fat added to his face. We used a the hemostatic net and did a submandibular gland preservation as well.

Bradley couldn’t be more excited with his results and we couldn’t be happier for him!

I always get asked, “Does a facelift take care of all the fine lines and wrinkles on my face?”

Actually, the answer is usually… No!
Those wrinkles are taken care of by a laser treatment at Nassif MD or Nassif Medical Spa UK.

However, take a look at this patient’s results after only three months post-op from her deep plane facelift. Her wrinkles have drastically improved!

Remember: The main purpose of a deep plane facelift is to reposition the deeper facial tissues (SMAS and underlying structures) that have descended with age, restoring a more rejuvenated, natural facial framework — skin excision is moderate and secondary. However, there is still room for significant improvement when it comes to fine lines and wrinkles, as you can see with this patient.
