High-protein goals are everywhere, but performers often do not realize how protein supplements can affect the voice.

If your intake goes up and your water does not, you may end up under-hydrated, which can make the vocal folds feel stiffer and the voice fatigue faster. High-protein eating can be great for your goals, but performers often miss how it can show up in the voice.
