The Men’s Self-Sabotage Support Group at Hamsa Healing Space is a therapist-led group for men ages 30+ struggling with patterns of self-sabotage, emotional dysregulation, and relational difficulties. This group is designed for men engaging in behaviors such as anger outbursts, dishonesty, infidelity, or addictive patterns that interfere with personal growth and healthy relationships.

Participants gain insight into the underlying drivers of these behaviors, including unresolved trauma, attachment wounds, and unmet emotional needs. Through psychoeducation, skill-building, and group processing, men develop tools for emotional regulation, distress tolerance, accountability, and more stable, authentic relationships.

This is a structured, non-12-step, non-faith-based group grounded in evidence-based approaches, offering a supportive environment for meaningful and lasting change.
