🌿 What is Citrus Wellness Seekers? And why do we exist? 🌿
If you’re in Citrus County and looking for ways to take better care of your health and well-being, we want Citrus Wellness Seekers (CWS) to become one of the first places you think of.
The truth is, Citrus County doesn’t have the best health statistics. Rates of heart disease, diabetes, cancer, and other health concerns are higher than average. But we believe that we can be part of changing that.
We believe people deserve access to education, resources, and opportunities to discover different ways to support their health and well-being.
That’s what CWS is here for. 💚
Our mission is to increase awareness of the services, practitioners, businesses, and resources available right here in Citrus County that can help people live healthier, more balanced lives.
And we’re building this in more ways than just one!
✨ Our Annual Health & Wellness Fair
Once a year, we bring together wellness businesses, practitioners, educators, and community resources all in one place. If you’re a business or practitioner in the wellness field, this is an opportunity to get your name and services in front of the community, connect with other professionals, and educate people about what you do.
🤝 Our Bi-Monthly Wellness Exchanges
These are a little different. They’re an opportunity for people working in holistic and wellness fields to come together, network, build relationships, and trade services with one another.
It’s not just about handing someone a business card and hoping they remember you. It’s about actually getting to know the people in our local wellness community, experiencing each other’s services, supporting one another, and creating connections that can ultimately benefit the people we serve.

We’re also working toward offering workshops where wellness professionals and community members can come together to learn.
And this is another opportunity for our local wellness community to get involved. We want to create space for knowledgeable practitioners and businesses to share what they know, teach, demonstrate their services, and introduce the community to resources they may not even know exist.
Our goal is bigger than one event.
We want to help create a connected, informed, and empowered wellness community in Citrus County.
