Not every breast revision requires a trip to the operating room.

This patient came to me after a previous breast reduction with concerns about her ni**le placement. In her case, I was able to perform a small in-office revision under local anesthesia, removing a small amount of skin to help reposition the ni**le into a more balanced placement that better matched her goals.
