Wanted to post an update on our One Tough dad!!

Auburn had a follow up MRI yesterday and it came back good 🙏🏼 It looks the same as his last scan with no additional light-ups or anything new to be concerned about, which is such incredible news. We’ll continue monitoring and follow up again in three months with another MRI. Thank you so much to everyone who has prayed, checked in, and supported us through this journey — your love and encouragement truly mean the world to us ❤️✨

Three loud rings, one huge milestone. Auburn wrapped up his final chemo & radiation treatment today! We’re trusting God with the next step and Auburn’s MRI next month. 🙏✨ Our community carried us here with love and support. We’ll check back in a month for his MRI. Biopsy result update:

We finally received the results from Auburn’s biopsy, and it’s been confirmed: he has Stage 3 Astrocytoma, a form of brain cancer.

After careful review, the team at Shands has decided they are not comfortable moving forward with surgery due to the complexity and location of the tumor. As heartbreaking as that news is, we aren’t giving up hope. We are moving forward with consultations in both Orlando and Baltimore this coming Tuesday to get additional expert opinions before making any decisions about treatment options.

This is an incredibly difficult time, and we’re doing our best to stay strong and informed. We are asking for your prayers—specifically for clarity, strength, and guidance as we make these life-changing decisions. Please also lift up the doctors we’ll be meeting with, that they are given the wisdom and confidence to help lead us in the right direction.

Auburn is one of the toughest people we know, and he’s surrounded by love, faith, and a community that continues to show up for him in big ways. We will continue to fight this with everything we have.

We are completely overwhelmed by the incredible outpouring of love, support, and generosity that this amazing community has shown. What happened this weekend was more than just a fundraiser… it was a beautiful reminder of what it means to come together for one of our own.

Because of YOU — your donations, your time, your presence, your prayers — we hit our goal. 🎯 And honestly, we surpassed it in ways that go far beyond numbers. We saw neighbors helping neighbors, strangers becoming friends, families coming together, and a whole town rallying around a cause rooted in love and hope.

To everyone who bought a plate, donated an item, bid on auction prizes, volunteered your time, shared a post, or simply showed up — THANK YOU. You made a difference. Every single act of kindness added up to something powerful.

To our vendors, sponsors, cooks, musicians, raffle donors, auction organizers, bounce house wranglers, fire truck drivers, ticket sellers, and every behind-the-scenes hero — you are the backbone of this event. We couldn’t have done it without you.
