Fluid-Screen co-authors scientific paper with Pfizer and MIT!

A new paper documenting our groundbreaking research has been published in the open-access journal Scientific Reports. It illustrates how dielectrophoresis (DEP) can be used for fast and reliable bacterial capture, as well as the numerous advantages our new technology has over old bacterial culture methods.

The largest and 6th most-cited journal in the world, Scientific Reports is an online peer-reviewed publication covering all areas of the natural sciences and part of the Nature Portfolio. All of its articles are free to access, and Fluid-Screen’s new paper can be read in full here: https://www.nature.com/articles/s41598-021-01600-z

DOI: https://doi.org/10.1038/s41598-021-01600-z

Bacterial culture methods, e.g. Plate Counting Method (PCM), are a gold standard in the assessment of microbial contamination in multitude of human industries. They are however slow, labor intensive, and prone to manual errors. Dielectrophoresis (DEP) has shown great promise for particle separation....
