The Summer Solstice marks a powerful half-way point in the year - a time to
celebrate our growth and re-align our path.

This workshop invites you to move slowly in
harmony with the sun. Between poses you will be guided through mid-year reflection and
intention setting, helping you harness your inner light for the months ahead.

Participants should bring a yoga mat, blanket/towel, water, and bug spray. ๐Ÿ›

May is Mental Health Awareness Month and, at HT4L, one our focuses is on the profound impact anxiety has on the body and mind.

Chronic anxiety keeps the nervous system in a state of constant alert, which leads to physical exhaustion, mental fog, and a sense of being perpetually overwhelmed, especially in stages of perimenopause and menopause. These symptoms are clear indicators that the body needs a different kind of support to return to a state of balance.

โ€‹Our approach integrates holistic occupational therapy, women's health support, energy medicine, ayurvedic wellness, and restorative movement to address these challenges at their source.

By focusing on the whole person, we provide tools to regulate the nervous system and release stored tension. This month is an opportunity to prioritize your well-being and explore integrative pathways toward lasting calm.
