Pull up game!

One of my favorite exercise! Always challenging and always humbling 😊

There are lots of ways to switch up your pull up progressions. One of my favorites is picking a number of reps and seeing how few set it will take you to get to the number.

Example, I started with the goal number of 50 total reps. Today this took me 6 sets (minimal rest). My sets went as follows: 15, 11, 7, 7, 5, 5. I've gotten this down to 4 sets in the past (when more consistent). And when I tried 50 for the first time (some 10 plus years ago lol) it took me something like 10 sets!

The great part about this is you start where you want. Could be 10 total reps or 100! Just pick a number and make sure it's challenging. Once you can complete all the reps within 3 sets increase the reps by 5 or 10.
