In observance of Patriots Day/Marathon Monday, Bass River Day Program (Beverly and Salem) and the administrative offices will be closed on April 20, 2026. We will resume normal business hours on Tuesday!

One week away from Kathy’s Kids Foundation plant sale at the Beverly Cove Community Center! Some of the proceeds from the sale are being donated to Bass River! 💐🌺🌷🌸

The Spring Plant Sale helps support programs and communities that were close to Kathy’s heart.

Proceeds benefit the Northshore Education Consortium and Bass River, where individuals are supported in building confidence, independence, and important life skills.

Thank you for helping continue the work Kathy cared so deeply about.

Bass River is a community that supports adults with developmental disabilities as they build independence and meaningful daily lives.

It is also a place that meant a great deal to Kathy during her career.

Programs and communities like this are part of the reason Kathy’s Kids was created.

Due to the impending storm heading our way, both Beverly and Salem day programs will be closed tomorrow, February 23, 2026.

Day program staff that are interested in working at a house, please call the beeper to see if/where you can work.

HOLIDAY HOURS!
All Bass River Day Programs will be open for normal business hours on Wednesday, December 24, 2025 and Friday, December 26, 2025.
We will be closed on Christmas Day, December 25, 2025.

Bass River is heartbroken to share that we lost one our best friends, Sammy on October 9th. Sam had been with Bass River since 1989. He was a bright soul who loved to make people laugh. We will miss him deeply. 💚
His funeral will be graveside in Gloucester on November 3, 2025. All family and friends are welcome 💚
