7 years ago, this started with a dream to help women heal, rest, reconnect, and feel seen.

Today, I’m celebrating 7 years of growth, resilience, community, and transformation.

My biggest opponent has always been myself, and I constantly strive to be better than I was yesterday.

This past year has challenged me as a business owner in ways I never expected, and without the support of my clients, friends, and community, I honestly don’t know how I would have made it through.
