Dear Valued Patient: Please bring your medications to your visits and when requested by staff. Responding with “they know what I take is not appropriate “. Medications change and pharmacies change so on and so forth. You may have been to a specialist recently and meds may have been adjusted and therefore our list is not accurate any longer. To be able to provide the best care for you and the safest please follow through with this request.
