Food shouldn’t feel like a moral test.
I see so many women stressing over every bite. Myself included!
Should I be vegan?
But, I like meat, eggs and yogurt!
And then comes the guilt.
Too much butter. Too much sugar.
Not “clean” enough.
But here’s the truth most people don’t say out loud…
The stress around food is often worse than the food itself.
Your body doesn’t need the perfect food combination.
It needs you to feel calm when you eat.
You can eat real food, that can also be from a vegan source.
And you can stop making every meal such a heavy decision.
