CommUNITY Yoga is tomorrow! Meet us at Len Hill Park at 12:00pm for this 45 minute All Level Yoga class.
This is a donation-based class with all proceeds benefiting . We are thrilled to support them and their efforts in making Big Sky a fire wise community.

🌕 Join us for a deeply restorative evening of astrology, sacred sound, gentle energy work, and reflection beneath the illuminating light of the Full Moon in Big Sky, Montana

We will be reflecting on this full moon through the lens of Vedic Astrology (also known as Sidereal Astrology), the most accurate form of astrology on the planet.

This approaching full moon on 7/29 in Sidereal Capricorn is inviting us to slow down, reflect on what we’re building in our lives, release the habits, beliefs, frameworks and patterns that no longer support who we’re becoming.

This Full Moon also falls in a lunar constellation called Shravana associated with deep listening, sacred wisdom, and the healing power of sound. It reminds us that some of life’s greatest insights aren’t found through striving—they emerge when we become still enough to truly listen.

Throughout the evening, you’ll be immersed in soothing sound frequencies to quiet the mind, relax the body, and support the nervous system in moving from stress into a state of deep rest and restoration. Through sacred sound, we create space for clarity, healing, renewal, and a deeper connection with ourselves.

🧘 Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and anything else that will help you feel comfortable.

✨ Come rest, receive, and allow the healing vibrations of sound and the reflective energy of the Full Moon to nourish your body, mind, and spirit.
